Mark Oriel A sports therapist with 20 years experience in the Health & Fitness Industry. Initially in the Military as an Army PTI, dealing with fitness testing and rehabilitation of soldiers back to fitness from injury.

Following this became a Fireman and Brigade manual handling, first aid and physical training instructor. During this time was also fortunate enough to serve on the International Search & Rescue Team in Iraq.
